-: I hate to criticize anyone for making bad predictions because I have made plenty of bad calls myself. One thing some people do not seem to be able to do is qualify their statements. Instead of saying, the Dow will go down 3000 points next week, it might by better to say something like, based on my study of past market crashes, the Dow may go down 3000 points in the near future.

Now that I think about it, I do not remember an exact prediction ever coming true on a specified date. Markets cannot be predicted. The only predictions that seem to have come close so far are from George Ure's site. We might be in his backside rally now.

Liberty (*Fwipe) ID#263379:: The Hell you refer to must be the three back to back gains just made..or is it the obvious fulfillment of Puetz's predictions thatthe DOW would drop 1000 points last week and another 2500 to 3500 this week?
